Charlotte Cuts are some of the most coveted seed beads there are. Each bead has one delicate hand facet, making them so fantastically sparkly! Used in Native American themed beadwork and more! Aqua Blue in this shade will sometimes be called Capri Blue. This finish is technically called a White Luster.
